At Merced MMA, we are under 9th degree Red Belt, Grandmaster Flavio Behring. We have classes for children beginning at the age of four through twelve.

At Merced MMA, we are under 9th degree Red Belt, Grandmaster Flavio Behring. Our Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes are for those ages 13 & up. As with all of our classes, we welcome beginners to learn this incredible art.

Merced MMA offering Kickboxing classes with full or no-contact options. A full-sized boxing ring is available to any member.

Also known as No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Wrestling encompasses submission techniques commonly found in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, without the use of the gi.

Classes are available for both adults and kids.
