Women’s Conditioning / Bootcamp at Merced MMA is a complete fitness system that incorporates muscle toning and cardio training along with plyometrics. Our workouts parallel the training regimens of our Champion Jiu Jitsu and MMA fighters. No yelling, no screaming, but plenty of sweating. Whether you’re a fitness fanatic or haven’t exercised in years, we guarantee this is a workout unlike any other.
